Joining a pre-dental organization like TPS provides invaluable support throughout your journey to dental school. We offer a range of resources to guide you through your undergraduate studies and the dental school application process.

Our general meetings feature guest speakers, including dentists from across Texas who share unique insights into the profession, as well as dental school deans who provide firsthand knowledge about dental education and answer your questions. TPS also provides opportunities for both dental-related and general volunteer service to give back to the local community, as well as shadowing experiences at local dental offices.

Most importantly, TPS fosters a supportive community of pre-dental students where you can connect with like-minded peers, build friendships, and find support throughout your journey!

Membership opens after the first general meeting (GM #1), and closes after the third general meeting (GM #3).

Yes! New and current members are required to fill out the Membership form every semester, regardless of your payment plan. Filling out the membership form will add you to our points sheet, found in the Members Portal.

Membership is contingent on payment of dues. You will be added to Slack (our main form of communication) after you submit BOTH the membership form and pay dues.

You can either pay dues per semester, or for the whole year (fall + spring) at a discounted rate. Direct any questions regarding dues to treasurer@texaspredental.org .
